Indeed it is amazing - a gem of a find! Thank you.
And it puts a new light on "Shepherd's Bush Market" on the H&C ;D ;D

Wow, certainly throws light onto how they treat and respect the railways!

Its not Russia. South America or Asia more likely.

Oh, I know it is not Russia. I should have written this as "for example, in Russia"...

Clearly show's how wrapped up in cotton wool we are in this country, due to H&S! Really interesting though, but those vegetables might taste a lil dieselish!

Mmm, I always thought it was fun standing at 10 points (now 10Bs) at Heathrow in the T4 loop with trains passing by at full speed within inches of my nose but I wouldn't recommend it to the faint hearted.

haha This is true, I wonder if their trains run on Biofuel? Ahh railtech, now now no need to be sarcy, I was noticing really of late how we have very H&S driven compared to the rest of Europe.

I have seen this video before in Another Place, there I commented that I am reminded of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway; they bought some Diesel locomotives to replace the ailing B Class, the new things were an inch or two wider than the 'kettles' running previously, the market at Sukna was demolished the same day.

Ahh railtech, now now no need to be sarcy, I was noticing really of late how we have very H&S driven compared to the rest of Europe. Nothing of the sort, I kid you not, standing at 10s with a fresh young operating official was an interesting experience. Every time I crossed the four foot to unlock the padlock on the clamplock unit another train came around the curve at full speed leaving me just enough time to return to the very limited 'safe' area. The DMT was safe all the time but he wasn't happy! Working safely and Health & Safety are not necessarily the same thing ! In the UK we have H&S but not much common sense, Europe I believe has both with a proper balance of one against the other. There is a big difference, I think that Europe has a better interpretation and application of H&S unlike the UK where it is used more to cover backsides at great expense and give endless reasons why things cannot be achieved.
