Nope, it's a real building. SE13's comment wasn't a clue on this occasion (or if it was, it was it was more subtle than that and mtoo subtle for me!)
It has been used as a filming location several times for a major British TV series (although probably not that view of it).

Also, the mock up for the Hammersmith development featured a window - as seen in the intro to Bottom!
