Still plenty of yesterday to work at, and today a single part question with plenty of bonus points available. For ease, the insets are numbered according to the diagram below *Click main image for a larger version*

Inset is the much-modified GMC DUKW-353 'Duck' that does the river tours.. ...in Albert Dock in Liverpool, at a guess. Inset 2 appears to be a different kind of duck.

I agree 'Duck in Albert Dock'. The "Yellow Duckmarine" launches at Salthouse Dock and finishes at Albert Dock.
Inset 3 appears to be showing two much-modified Ford GPA 'Seeps' judging by the four wheels.
The station roundel seems to have two words in it, so I thought of Canary Wharf!
It appears that inset 2 is a former dock, with a yellow rubber (plastic duck) so is there a pun here between 'ducks' and 'docks' and 'yellow'?

Inset 1 is absolutely a 'Duck in the dock'. In particular I think it's DUKW "Wacker Quacker" having a paddle, about five minutes walk from my home! ;D Edit: To cement my point, I think the photographer was stood in front of the green buoy in this picture: <clicky> by (possibly on) the bridge from Albert Dock to Canning.

Apparently they now have four: Wacker Quacker I, 2, 3 and now 4! Wacker Quacker 1’ is chassis number 353 19572 and 2 , 353 20332. I must not say any more as as a General Motors historan and author I shall annoy the Mods! For more info, PM me (or read my book on Pearsons of Liverpool who assembled DUKWs).

You have inset 1, but not the main location nor the other two insets..... The only version I have of the main location is a giveaway, but I do have alternative versions of the insets as below. Inset 1: DUKW in Liverpool Docks [Chris M] Inset 2: Inset 3:

To get the ball rolling again, how about St James' Park for the main picture?

I have been looking for ages for evidence as to where that shot with the Ford GPWs was taken, and have no idea! I can see a Range-Rover I think and a FIAT Uno? I can only suggest it's one of the Balearic Islands, or Capri/Corsica? I would love to think it's Formantera, with trips to and from Ibiza.

It is an island, but it's not one with a significant Spanish influence

I am giving up with Jersey, then, as there are Island Duck Tours, and it's near another country. However, it must be wrong!

You're both right and wrong - You are right when you say it is Jersey, and wrong when you say that it must be wrong!
To get the points though, I'm after a more specific location than just "Jersey" though

At last! I have actually seen a GMC DUKW parked up next to the road in St Aubins Bay on the foreshaw, but never seen a Ford 'Seep'. It appears that they must be used on the causeway, tide or not tide?
I now think I know where the location is, having been past there back in July.
