I heard the 09 stock was 'christened' with its first one under yesterday late evening.

**Comment Removed by Colin** That comment was inappropriate to say the least! I would have contacted a forum staff member but none on line.

**comment removed by Colin** That comment was inappropriate to say the least! I would have contacted a forum staff member but none on line. And so you should. This person has been banned (under a different name) from one transport forum, and is currently making a nuisance of himself by intemperate posts on another, not to mention breaking forum rules by advertising his own pathetic little forum in his footer!

Comments here have been noted and the Mods/Admins are aware.
I would like to remind all that one-under's are a sensitive subject and flippant comments, tongue in cheek, or otherwise will NOT be tolerated.
Please think carefully before posting

Further to Chris's post, you are all reminded of the forum's policy on the subject of one under's (which are posted within the forum rules): 7.2 (Person Under Train incidents - also referred to as 'one unders') Person under train incidents are a particularly difficult subject, so the following applies on this forum: - (7.2a) Members are not permitted to enquire about the status of a person under train incident. Such posts or threads will be removed by the forum staff.
- (7.2b) LU staff that are directly involved in an incident may post a brief outline if they feel it is appropriate - however details of a fatal incident are not allowed in case of any prejudice at a future inquest.
- (7.2c) Discussion following such a post will be at the discretion of the forum staff.
As a result, all details of the incident have been removed, as have any references to those details. Furthermore, an insensitive post by Carlovel1 has been removed in it's entirety. Rule 7.2c has now been invoked and this thread is therefore locked.
