I found this pic of a tunnel being used on an online jigsaw website. It looks so familiar... MRFS42 doesn't think it's Britain but I'm certain that either way it's from a passenger transport kind of tunnel. Any ideas, anyone?

It looks a bit like Tottenham Court Road.

I've never used that passage. Ho Hum. As you were..... It's amazing, I surveyed TCR for CrossRail back in 1996 so I had the covers off the frieze run in that passageway to hand trace cables but even though the frieze and tiling looked spot on for TCR the passage did look a little too long and it took me a while to place it but I think it's the one leading away from the old lift shaft area viewed looking towards the shafts.

It still amazes me, especially posting the quiz stuff, how quickly people can identify somewhere from a really random picture. I know of two locations that I know without hesitation, others I could get by thinking about, but of the amount of places we ask just on the quiz, the knowledge here is unreal!
This is another prime example.
