Hey folks
Still not got the LTM October newsletter - is there one? I thought there was - only been a member since July.
Ta!

I haven't had one either. They do sort of shut down for the summer, starting up again in late September.

I got mine yesterday. It mentions taking "a trip on full size heritage vehicle" at this weekend's Depot Open Day: can anyone shed light on what the heritage vehicle(s) in question is/are, and what the trip entails?
I'll be going with the kids, their third trip to the Depot - got to start them off while they're still young!

Oops - I may have been misleading you, I'm afraid... I thought you meant the email newsletter, which isn't really 'the' newsletter. Sorry about that and for any disappointment thereby incurred on your part

Got my LTM newsletter today.
The leaflet for this weekend mentions a Heritage Bus Service, and specifically that RM1 will be one of the vehicles in use. I'm not sure where they'll be running to/from though. I doubt it's just from one end of the depot to the other.
For anyone coming along, do come and have a ride on the miniature railway (assuming we haven't drowned by then). This weekend should also see the new Signal Cabin and lever frame in operation, albeit in a somewhat limited fashion. (The frame currently has no casing, and only three levers are being comissioned).
