Did I get the impression correctly that there was an at least partial suspension of the DLR affecting Bank this morning? I heard enough to assume there was.
If so, what happened? I heard a hint of a signal failure.

As far as I can ascertain, there was a problem with one of the DLR escalators at Bank which, with four DLR escalators already out for replacement, caused passenger flow problems. DLR trains reversed W to E at Shadwell from about 07.45 to 08.10 (times approx).
