i wonder if it's for some kind of event. if so i can't think what...
probably just making people who can't seem to read the posters aware of what all the construction is about. to think it's still a year and a half away, it's going to be old news for passengers by the time it happens. they've been promised it for so long.

It says "Less Carbon..." on the light blue bits
and "More carriages..." on the dark blue bits.

Seen (and photographed) on the STR-CAW service midday today. I haven't seen any other vehicle, just 25 at the moment.
