Not sure if anyone is aware, but there is a updated version of the pocket tube map out dated July. It is a special for the motor show.
I am assuming it shows the update to the ELL bus replacement service to Shoerditch. Does anyone have a copy ?

Another one slipped by. Its getting to the point when I am going to have to check the racks on a weekly basis. Any ideas what the cover looked like?

Not sure what is on the cover, but I am assuming it a design about the Motor Show. I called LU Customers Service last week and they now have copies.

I'll get a colleague to check the new stock when it arrives a T5 sometime this week. He would of told me by now anyway if he had one (collects them).

We get a weekly memo informing us of what should be in each slot of the leaflet rack,
At my Station slots 1 and 2 (which is the same for all stations) is for the Tube Map.
According to this weeks Memo. Tube Maps are dated April 2008 although we had a delivery of Maps Today dated May 2008.

My station has plenty and no July 2008 tube map is available to order on CDL, only the Large Print version is dated for July.

I spoke to CDL and they said that the latest pocket map is dated July. Not sure what is going on then. Just like the May pocket map which eventually appeared at stations at the end of June

While out yesterday every station I went through still had May ones. I thought there might be a new one out to note the Overground changes.

TfL have updated the Overground network map on the link below to show the changes and closures to the service. www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/london-overground-network-map.pdfThere is a July pocket map for sure as my contact at TfL advised me on this as well as the people at CDL, they haven't made it to the stations just as the May maps had a delay for some reason. The only changes to the July pocket map from the May version are: 1. The change in the ELL bus replacement service from Whitechapel to Shoreditch indicating ELW instead of ELS all the way from Wapping in a straight line. 2. Shepherd's Bush station's now read "Central Line station is now closed and London Overground station opens October 2008". 3. Finchley Central is also showing step free now.

Just to point out that the Overground timetable (1 Sept-13 Dec 08) has a (dated) May 2008 map but shows the ELW bus as starting 19th July. Is also has all the other updates Pritpal says.
Edit: The map still has under construction part for Overground and Piccadilly!

Looking at the Overground map-something strange struck me! Whey is there no service at Camden Road-is it closed? The line from South Hampstead via Primrose Hill joins the NLL just before Camden Road, so why not serve it?
Also, I presume the 3 class 508s will not be running this service and will be stabled.

Looking at the Overground map-something strange struck me! Whey is there no service at Camden Road-is it closed? Weird. It is still open using the temporary route, and the map in the timetable correctly has it on the orange section of the line rather than the dotted one.

I'm in London on Monday. Anything sighted or rumoured? Anyone care to drop something in a paper bag in a bin behind 55 Broadway?

It appears that this had a very limited print run similar to the March 2005 Olympic special pocket map. Looks like they are no longer available.

That had a print run so low that it wouldn't have registered on anyone's radar who wasn't in the know. Motor Show map should have been distributed a little bit more widely. Should start appearing on ebay soon if they really were issued.

According to Underground News, this one was only given out from the TfL stand at the motor show. Get ready to get your cheque books out if this one appears on ebay. I migth have a suitable rare swap if anyone wants to contact me directly.
