Im trying to see whether my 16+ Oyster is registered or not. When I went to the ticket office, the person behind the counter touched it and told me it was, as I had had to enter the same details to get the photocard as I would to register it so it would be registered by default. However, as I tried to open an online account, I entered my card number, clicked continue, and then it asked me to enter my mother's maiden name, and I did so, but it would not let me continue, saying 'The Card Number and Security Question does not match' etc. However, now that I have thought about it, whilst applying for the card, and up to now, I have never given my Mother's maiden name, how am I meant to continue?

There is a link named "Oyster Photocards" at the bottom of the normal login screen. This takes you to an entirely separate screen which is specific to photocards.
