Now that the weed killer train ( L150-L151 ) has been scrapped does anybody know is it going to be replaced or not, if so what stock would be used ? The Original Formation of This Train Was As Follows 90327-012506-92041-91327 10327-012506-12041-11327 L150----------------- L151

Don't think it has been scrapped - unless it's happened in the last week or so.
It was still in Ruislip depot last time I passed there...

Haven't they used some wagons between battery locomotives for weed killing (IIRC there were some pictures in UN of some on the ELL)

Accordingly to other members of this forum <RE:2 car yellow train> (post by metapprentice on Oct 3,2005,5:50pm) This is waiting to be de-contaminated before it is scrapped. Also the (post by dws on Oct 31,2007,10:00pm) its at Ruislip Depot awaiting disposal. So the pictures i recieved today they R definitely finished. But i would still like to find out if it will be replaced. ?? This picture was taken on 21st Aug 2008 ( A bit vanderlised )

i handled it the other week i think, was funny looking out of the window onto rayners lane and seeing people mystified at what had turned up!
