I've just been on to the Oyster Helpline (using the saynoto0870 number, thankfully) to get my misplaced Oyster replaced with a balance transfer for my PAYG. I said what I wanted to do and gave the number and the details 3 or 4 times before I spoke to someone who could actually sort it for me... Apparently one of them couldn't sort it because of my high PAYG balance... It'd be so much easier if I could do it online

Yes there is... But it wouldn't cancel the old card or send me a new one... (would it?) Thankfully they'll get it to me quicker than they dealt with the phone call...
