Manchester United vs Chelsea. It's told there gonna be about 50,000 football fans from UK at Luzhniki stadium in Moscow. Our president even has given a free pass to the country to these people till may 25th. So, if anyone from here is now in Moscow or is leaving to Moscow just at the moment, I may meet you some day after the game and show you our city, transport system and so on - and, of course, practice my English.

The final will commence in 3 hours. This night, Moscow Metro will close 3 hours later than usual - at 4:00 instead of 1:00. Also in the news... A bargain trip to Moscow.

Public overground routes (Trolleybuses, Tramways and Buses) are expected to be working up to 4:30 (and, of course, to start as usual at 5:00-5:30, ha-ha).

90 minutes of normal time and 30 minutes of overtime ended at 1-1. Manchester United won 6-5 on penalties.

So, what was it like with Moscow Red Square being full of football supporters? Any problems/ police action?

So, what was it like with Moscow Red Square being full of football supporters? I've heard they liked to shoot each other in front of the Saint Basil's Cathedral. And all pubs inside the Garden Ring were full and bursting . Any problems/ police action? According to the local press, nothing too serious, merely a couple of minor scuffles.

I did read in our national papers, thay the pubs were dry of beer, some had a sign up which said 'Vodka Only'.
