Well when One was renamed we said goodbye to the lovely Valerie .. but fear not because there is a new lady on the scene, National Rail's Lovely Lisa is on hand to answer all you're general rail questions, or just have a nice chit chat with  www.nationalrail.co.uk/She seems even more fun than Valerie, I told her "Id like to take you on a date" .. she replied "Lisa says: I'm far too busy to do the dating thing ...
