I just recieved an email from Metronet.
They are looking into whether the litter announcement should be taken away on the Victoria Line and how words can be phrased. For example they mention in particular the "Alight" for "Exit".
Also the Victoria Line says "Stand clear of the closing doors" and I argued they could use what the Bakerloo Line does "Please stand clear of the doors" but they say they are looking into it as commandive tone can be a good thing.
Overall I was pleased by my level of customer service (:
