Shall we begin assigning names to each bystander?

TOK and Russ get it. It is Ealing Common. A picture of the inspecting commitee of the station gardens competition. Scanned from 'Handling London's Underground Traffic' By J.P.Thomas published 1928

He's on that train in the background waiting to go to South Harrow Hasn't the South Harrow joke been done to death now Was done to death a long time ago... now I wouldn't even pair it up with the word joke anymore, it's lost all value through overuse.

You two miseries do realise that in those days District trains DID actually go to South Harrow.

Can't we just add the words "South" and "Harrow" to the banned words list??? This joke is so old it's gone rusty. Why not just fit the D78's with the same system as on the 92's? WARNING - Train Entered Prohibited Area perhaps? [with appropriate alarm signal, of course]

It was NOT meant as a joke. It was meant as a reply to TOK'S jest earlier. So lighten up and relax

The incedent happened over a year ago and I for one am fed up with it. I do consider myself light hearted, but the same thing over and over again is a little on the Autistic side.

I do consider myself light hearted, but the same thing over and over again is a little on the Autistic side. I must admit Im getting fed up of the joke myself, it seems to pop up here there and everywhere, and without being agest, on the whole it is with our younger members. We all make mistakes, I for one have made a few in my time on the job, but they are not laughed at for the rest of our lives. Lets put an end to the South Harrow joke now, as its OLD. T.V.M
