The best line - as you'll have seen from other threads around the forum, is down to the personal opinion of the postee! You'd be surprised at just how many lines you could cover in the space of an hour, if you're in the right area. EG: Say you're around KXSP - get the Victoria down to Victoria, get the District / Circle around to Westminster. Get the Jubilee to Waterloo. Get onto the Northern / Waterloo and City there, go to Bank. Change onto the Central there. Go to Holborn. Change onto the Picc, and go back along to KXSP. I know this isn't a logical route, but it just gives you a thought about what you can do in a reasonably short space of time! ( If you get a Travelcard, you can roam all of the LU network - it's quite cheap considering )
