Cheers Colin..I was well aware that it had stopped, and being nosey a few weeks back did some research into the reasons why. I never had the pleasure of travelling on one of the 'tunnel' RTs.
Perhaps the oddest 'tunnel buses' were the (Ford) Thames Trader bicycle buses used in the Dartford Tunnel that I mentioned before:
I suggest therefore that in the past LT were able to provide buses under the Thames, and now it's an impossibility. Very sad.
