We are not all that much out of touch here. Thanks to Message Boards and Google I have learnt far more about the 'Tube' out here than I ever knew when it was all around me !.

No, you should read why he has decided not to come. Basically, if he's decided not to come over here because of what happened a few days ago, then he should enjoy staying in the same place all his life, as the world isn't going to change any time soon!  |

Thankyou. anyway my trip overseas has been canceled due to the recent scare. sorry for the inconveniance but it has to be done. Where ever one is in the world and whatever one is doing one can suffer untoward incidents at the hands of the malevolent, the inattentive and the incompetent. In the UK more people are killed and injured in their own home than suffer in terrorist attacks and in road collisions combined. Remaining in bed results in bed sores and other afflictions. There is nowhere that is guaranteed to be 100% safe so you do one of two things. Get on with life or be a wimp. |
