D looks more like a US-style 'El'.
The link is toilets!
I'm impressed.

B is Clapham Junction. I agree that Inset D looks like Chicago.

B is also Valencia, City of Arts & Sciences (Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències). Worth a visit when we're able to.

Answer: Location B: Clapham Junction - footbridge in June 2019 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset B: City of Arts and Sciences, Valencia [ Deep Level ] (click for a larger version) Inset: Chicago El - Washington X-over [ londonstuff ] (click for a larger version) Link: These stations all have toilets inside the gateline. Still lots to find including the odd one out and fifth in set.

A is not Snaresbrook, or particularly near there. There is no clue version available for this image.

I think A is Pinner because the pic shows platform humps, toilets pretty much match, and there's payphones there

Ruislip for A I reckon.
Edit: A can't be Ruislip, I'll go with Chorleywood instead.

Answer: Location A: Chorleywood - wainting room and toilets on southbound platform [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location A isn’t the odd one out

If all these guesses are correct then I think C is the odd one out because Gidea Park isn't really served by Greater Anglia anymore after TfL Rail took over.

C is Gidea Park - toilets and waiting room not in use in June 2019 (click for a larger version) D is not West Hampstead C is the odd one out, but neither the link nor the odd one out have any relation to who operates services to the station.

C the odd one out because it's the only picture eligible for 'How to ruin a building's appearance with external cables, cable routes, ducts, trays and conduit'? OK thought not, really

C the odd one out because it's the only picture eligible for 'How to ruin a building's appearance with external cables, cable routes, ducts, trays and conduit'? Not on this occasion - the specific pictures gave a clue to the link but are not relevant to the odd one out.
