Hello all,
Making a scenario pack for the excellent TS2020 Metropolitan Line sim based on the rush hour using the 2015 Working Timetables, I could do with any help regarding operations of the Metropolitan Line, from either crew or anyone who's made observations.
Just trying to make it as realistic as possible.
I've got some help with service running, it's other aspects I need help on (and at least signalling approach control and draw ups are already simulated in the sim)
Restricted Manual tripcock is used out of Neasden depot, but is this used for turnback sidings like Amersham as well? I presume any sort of route involving shunt signals involves this mode?
Is there any particular way sets are laid out numbering wise, I.E odd numbers at the City end, evens and the Country end? Or with the Watford Curve being used on the 3 weekday services I assume over time this just ends up as adds/evens end up at any end? Talking of set's, I believe in the 2015 period there were 2 S7+1 sets on the Met, or was it down to one by then?
Also I'm aware Jubliee and Met stock both use Neasden, do they end up on any of the roads for stabling or is certain roads for S stock, and the others are Jubilee? I noticed also at the Wembley end there is about 3 different exit roads from the shed and the stabling sidings, that link onto one exit road. Apart from the one that only comes from the sheds, are the 2 roads from the stabling sidings both used, or is one an exit and one an entry route?
Any help would be most appreciated!
Especially anything I may have missed.
James.
