A stab in the dark......Embankment? (stairs from ticket hall to District/Circle platforms)

Not Embankment. From the colours (unless they've been sneekily changed!) somewhere on the Northern.
Seems to me like we are looking from one platform across a staircase to the tunnel wall facing the other platform. This suggests a narrow island platform, such as one of the Claphams.

Answer:
Well done to somersetchris and TOK (who was spot on with his PM) this is Archway. Specifically it is looking from the southbound to the northbound platforms, through the ironwork of the way in staircase.
