I've no idea why, but something is telling me Uxbridge.

The concrete wall is surely talking to you to say "I am at Uxbridge"?

I have no idea, completely random guess, St James's Park!

The concrete wall is surely talking to you to say "I am at Uxbridge"? As could Cockfosters! It must be a recent buffet, judging by the fairly modern? Info board beneath it.

Is there a Buffet at Cockfosters? I have no idea if there's one at t'other end of the line either but I know what pgb means.

Yup - I think it's a hole-in-the-wall "greasy spoon" eatery just to the right of the gateline.
+3 for Cockfosters.

The actual sign is quite old.
Not that I have the faintest idea anyway.
I'll go against the grain here and opt for a place with a main-line connection because of the information board..... Errrr.... Charing Cross.

Answer:
Well done pgb and Oracle, this sign is at Uxbridge. There is now no buffet as such, but there is a coffee shop that is occupying the space I presume the buffet originally did.

Pgb won it...I independently thought it was Uxbridge because of the style of the arrow but he was first.
