Answer:
This is indeed Notting Hill Gate, District & Circle line, looking from Westbound platform to the end of the Eastbound platform.
You may have seen similar photos, but you wont have seen this one. This was taken by a friend of mine who is not a member of this forum (and has no interest in being).
