I have plenty of material to run the quiz as I'm doing at the moment for some time to come, and the present run is finalised up to the end of February.
Would you like the next batch in March or would you prefer a month off and for me to run it in April instead? I don't mind either way, so I'm leaving the choice up to those of you who are doing the guessing (and generally making a very good job of it as well!).
Unless the admin team request I do something else, I will do whatever the majority want. If you have an opinion, please express it before the evening of 28th February.

The Christmas quiz only ran for 24 days because a) we wanted it to be something special - not something members got bored with and then missed something b) CSLR and myself both have young families - running the quiz was an enormous drain on our already limited spare time.
I would be inclined to leave it for a month, but who am I to say?

I think a little break wouldn't be a bad thing - Maybe it could start after Easter...
I don't know, perhaps it could change to the Lent quiz ;D

To keep it as simple for me as I can, the next part of the quiz will start on the 1st of March or the 1st of April (so question 1 is on the 1st of the month, question 18 on the 18th, etc).
If the quiz is run in march, then I will ask this question again at the end of the month whether people want questions in April or not (don't bother commenting on this at this point!). I currently have 3-4 months worth of pictures I can use, and I tend to take more whenever I'm in London (mostly mine, but there are some others have sent me).
Artery, the current results aren't really relevant as the only score I'm interested in is the one in the early evening on the last day of February. If the scores then are tied, I'll toss a coin.

I've just created another thread with a poll on it (I forgot about that option when I started this thread, and can't do it retroactively), and I've copied the comments accross.
I will now as a member of the admin team to either lock or delete this thread, please leave further comments on the poll thread.
The poll thread has been deleted by the admins (apparently I shouldn't have been able to create it in the first place!), and I fully understand why. This thread is therefore now open again, sorry for the confusion.

With no other opinions expressed, it is 4-2 in favour of the quiz continuing in March, so that is how it shall be.
As a lot of people will be at the meet on Saturday the 3rd, would people like me to select one picture for a hard-copy picture for the quiz as well as the usual online one?
