This is another day with an image in two parts. If you know the answer, please don't shout it out immediately but defer to those who need to work it out. Do feel free to come in towards the end or when there seems consensus on what it is though. Of course you can guide people with hints and clues if you feel this will help. If you just can't wait, then feel free to PM me and I'll let you know whether you're right or wrong when I read it. Anyway, part one of today's image is below:

No idea at all ... One thing that came immediately to my mind was somewhere on the ELL, but that's only because I saw a pigeon there, nesting ... but that guess is based on nothing at all

A plastic owl... Apart from the old reroofed at great expense and now demolished sheds at Wembley Park, I got no idea....

I am sure I have seen it somewhere on the Sub Surfice Network, or a far out part of a tube line, is it Whitechapel Woodford or Hainult?

Think we should wait until Part deux comes about!

It's on the District Line. I won't say where, to give the non-staff members a chance.

Actually a real bird of prey was used at Ealing Common Depot not long ago.

As you've not got the answer yet, here is another image that might help. I'll not give the answer until early evening.

Answer:
Yes it is Upminster, as recently photographed by Aspect. The unmodified version of the second picture should be below, but due to my cockups isn't. Sorry.

Upminster is what I was thinking of originally! Then somehow Part 2 didn't look right. Oh well.
ChrisM, that last pic is Mansion House!

adw> b*gger! I cocked up this morning and deleted the unmodified version. I've obviously done so again and unpacked the wrong one from my email - I rename all the images that Aspect sends me, and can't preview them in my email client. Today is not my day

Chris ! Allow me to present the unedited shot ! Gave me a hoot testing you with that one ... hoot ?!! ...perhaps not ! I thought the windows of the overbridge may have got you guys to the east end of the District sooner ...even whilst they were colour changed by Chris ! Said owl is at the west end of Platform 3, his companion is at the west end of platform 5 ! Rather innocuious though .. tends to sit there unseen ...even by the pigeons !!! Certainly made me jump the first time i did spot him one night !!! ;D ;D Well done OneKea
