Or just simple emphasis of course. The entire post is not in capitals. So I would humbly suggest this is an example of emphasis. We have a variety of tools available for a variety of emphasis, bold, italic, big, small or my personal favourite for bonus points on the quiz As superteacher correctly pointed out, all capitals is considered shouting and thus "bad form".

I was surprised at the Wimbledon to Victoria commute:
"12 Londoners do the same journey as you every day"
The website makes the point about it being purely LU stats, and I start on the tram so make an interchange rather than an entrance at Wimbledon, but that is a very low number of people. Thinking about it some more, I presume that the majority of commuters would do the journey by NR.
I expect the CR2 planners would have a better idea of the total passenger journeys between these 2 points!

Just to clarify that I don't actually commute from Cockfosters to Uxbridge.

Is there a website where if you provide it a station, it lists all the journeys taken from this station to other stations in a rank order?

Not (yet) that I'm aware of. I believe this is the first time that TfL have released any data about point-to-point journeys.
