Just got back from the Indian. It is indeed a 'kettle'...0-6-0ST?, and is stuffed and mounted outside Stratford. Yours truly has, amongst other trains [diesel, etc.], fired and driven a Peckett 0-6-0 tank similar in outline/size to this one.
