Is there any chance you could do a video on your phone, panning round the whole layout? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to see the whole thing (even if is isn't finished yet ). Thanks. The scenic side of things is finished (plenty of rolling stock to weather, detail, and improve running). I had a 12 page spread in BRM (Sep22?) Regarding video, am not quite sure how to do this for this board. I can take vids with proper camcorder and edit (though I haven't done the layout before). However, we're not allowed to post directly here due to space limitations and I don't have youtube channel or similar as I'd need to post it somewhere and create a link.

One minor gripe on an otherwise excellent layout, close coupling of passenger stock. I'm gradually working through my collection by fitting Symoba close-coupling units. They are very simple to fit, they glue on under the bit of rolling stock. There is an adjustable NEM coupling pocket. I use a variety of close couplings, usually Kadees on the outer ends of trains and loose items of parcels stock, and either Roco type KK units or the "new" to me Hunt magnetic couplers. Using the Symoba coupling height gauge it's possible to get corridor connections to touch and still have the train go round setrack style 3rd radius without buffer locking. I've posted some pics on the RMweb of my BR suburban coaches and a set of Mk 3 coaches where the corridor connections touch!
