B appears to be between West Ham and Abbey Road D looks like Ruislip Gardens (railway bridge adjacent to the station) F is definitely the Canning Town DLR flyover!

As a sort-of apology, this was originally intended to be two locations (one of one which is location A and the other doesn't feature) but it sort of got away from me...

D does look like Ruislip Gardens bridge from the Ruislip side of west end road
