Inset to C looks like Acton Park.
Inset to A looks like almshouses, but I haven't managed to identify them.
I'm guessing that C is the odd one out as the others all appear to be on the Overground (assuming the woodwork in D is in house colours and not just randomly painted orange)

Inset C: Acton Park in April 2015 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset A1 is indeed almshouses, does this version help place them? (click for a larger version) C is the odd one out, but the link is nothing to do with the Overground. Location D is not in LO house colours. (click for a larger version)

A lot of unsuccessful googling until I put in the word common to all the other pictures. They are the Goldsmiths Almshouses in Acton. I should have got that sooner, as I lived just across the park from them for two years (in my defence, it was 40 years ago!)

As a guess, how about Acton Town for D, the link being "Acton" and the odd one out being C as it is not a station?

Not that Acton station either. There can't be many left to pick from!

Must be East Acton, as Main Line is not a TfL station

I hadn't noticed there were two insets on A. At a wild guess, is it Acton Main Line, looking towards Paddington?
