"Iss train is for Lewisham" "At Cutty Sark thefirsttwosetsandlasttwosetsofdoors will not open" "Light, please move towards the centre of the train"
Anyone else notice these? They haven't been fixed for a number of years

Been like that for ages. Not worth spending the time either.

It is text-to-speech, so this comes at no surprise.

The one that really annoys me is the Jubilee Line at Canada Water where you invited to change for "London Overgroun"

Another one is two stations getting merged on the approach to Deptford Bridge - "Deptford Bridge at Elverson Road" and "Deptford Bridge at Greenwich".

Indeed, the announcement mixing stations is only played on the approach to the station before a station with short platforms. So you get Deptford Bridge at Elverson Road, Prince Regent at Royal Albert, Beckton Park at Royal Albert and Cyprus at Gallions Reach. Formerly there was also Bow Church at Pudding Mill Lane. As Gallions Reach and Elverson Road (and previously Pudding Mill Lane) are one stop from the terminus, the situation does not occur.

It's entirely a function of the position of the stations and the decision to announce short platforms when arriving at the station before.
Assume you have stations A, B, C, D, E, F. A and F are the terminals, C, and E have short platforms.
Travelling from A to F, you get the following announcements: A: This train is for F, the next station is B. A-B: The next station is B. At C the first two sets and last two sets of doors will not open... B: This is B, this train is for F. The next station is C where the first two sets... B-C: The next station is C. Please note the first two sets... C: This is C, this train is for F. The next station is D. C-D: The next station is D, at E the first two sets... D: This is D, this train is for F. The next station is E where the first two sets... D-E: The next station is E. Please note the first two sets... E: This is E, this train is for F. The next station is F where this train terminates. E-F: The next station is F, where this train terminates. F: This is F. This train terminates here.
Travelling from F to A: F: This train is for A, the next station is E where the first two sets... F-E: The next station is E. Please note the first two sets... E: This is E, this train is for A. The next station is D. E-D: The next station is D. At C the first two sets... D: This is D, this train is for A. The next station is C where the first two sets... D-C: The next station is C. Please note the first two sets... C: This is C, this train is for A. The next station is B. C-B: The next station is B. B: This is B, this train is for A. The next station is A, where this train terminates. B-A: The next station is A, where this train terminates. A: This is A. This train terminates here.
The only way to get "The next station is F, at E the first two sets..." announcement would be on a train between G and F, but that bit of railway does not exist.
