Was using the DLR the other day when it occurred to me, why dont DLR stations have enamel roundels like those on every underground station e.g. Pinner and the ones now installed at London Overground stations e.g. Chingford?

Was using the DLR the other day when it occurred to me, why dont DLR stations have enamel roundels like those on every underground station e.g. Pinner and the ones now installed at London Overground stations e.g. Chingford? Why waste money when the existing signage works well? The glazed platforms would be spoilt by large roundels.

i would have thought that when tfl started creating standard station name signage in line with the underground, the DLR would have followed the usual roundel approach
