Interesting pic you posted of the 'as delivered' stock. It looks like one of the steel-bodied 'R47' Birmingham-built DMs. I see it has destination board racks either side of the rear double passenger doors - was this a one off, or did it feature on others of that or other batches? And when were these racks removed?
