Driving past Lewisham DLR going west and noticed a large excavation on the left side of the road opposite the DLR station. Is there any connection??

The site is where the Fleet Line (now Jubilee) station would have been had the line gone to Lewisham.
Now to be a massive housing and retail development to include the site of the nearby roundabout. 2 rivers being diverted as well as the roads.
