Hi I dont want to annoy anyone with my threads but just a couple questions (again). What happens in training and how is it panned out i have a sort of understanding of what to expect but is it all classroom stuff etc? and does anyone know company policy on the TA. (I'm thinking of joining in the future if i get on well on the underground and if it doesnt effect my role because that comes first)

I believe it is now 10 days at Ashfield House. I'm sure some of the member's who have recently joined LU will be able to confirm this.
It is a mixture of classroom and location based training. Enjoy it, but be prepared to do your homework to get the best out of it.
I'm afraid I don't know about policy on the TA, but I'm sure if you ask your trainer they will either know the answer or be able to find out for you.

Ok cool. When do you find out what station they assign you to or do you give a list of preference and they try to adhere to it
