Hi Guys.
Could someone explain how the Uxbridge stabling works?
Do people book on and off at Uxbridge romotely?
Is this the same for the 6 met and 1 pic driver?
Are all the trains removed to he siding - or do any stable in the platform.
Is there any other LUL sidings on the Met where trains are or can be stabled, apart from RIC and NEA.

I know the Picc is the last UXB from the Picc side, and the driver puts it away at 0145, and brings it out again at 0502, ready for the 0517 Uxbridge to Cockfosters.

According to the timetable the last train to arrive at Uxbridge is the Picadilly Line train, it leaves Raynes at about 1:30 and arrives at about 1:45 The Piccadilly train is worked by a night duty driver. It arrives at Uxbridge 01:30 and shunts to the sidings, arriving at 01:45. It starts again from the sidings at 05:02, shunting back into Platform 3 ready to depart at 05:17. No drivers book on or off remotely at Uxbridge. All Met train starts/finishes are worked by either night duties, 3 of them I think, or early/late duty drivers travelling to/from Neasden or Rickmansworth by taxi. On Mon to Fri, the last 2 out in the morning & the first 2 back in the evening are worked by drivers travelling to/from Neasden by train. Must just mention that LUL pays for the taxis, not the drivers!
