Sorry, I had a bit of trouble uploading this hence the delay but it all appears to work now. Your task today is to odentify these four stations and the inset in D. Also to work out is what links three of the main images to each other and to the inset in D, and which of the main images is the odd one out and why this station was chosen as the odd one out. Station A: (click for a larger version) Station B: (click for a larger version) Station C: (click for a larger version) Station D: (click for a larger version)

Your task today is to odentify these four stations and the inset in D... Special oval points will be awarded to those odentifying locations, plain points are available to those identifying locations :-D ;-)

Still a couple to guess at, plus the bonus points still available. So far we have: Station A: Lewisham - station closed [Chris M] Station B: Station C: Station D: Epping - Platform 1 exit with interesting note [Caravelle] Inset D: Harrington Road tram stop [Chris M] *Click any image for a larger version*

The legend of my photo should read: Platform 1 & 2 view from footbridge with train present (I know, not very imaginative.).

I was wondering what the interesting note was, I thought it might have been E#, one of my favourite notes.

None of those guesses are correct. B does have direct trains from Stockwell, C does have direct trains from Royal Albert and one of them has regular direct trains from Bank as well. Neither has direct trains to Notting Hill Gate.

In my notoriously accurate method of picking stations for this quiz where I don't have a clue, I am going to hazard a guess as to B being Balham?

Nope, B isn't Balham. It's on the right line though.

The short answer is no. The longer answer is that there is a tangental relationship at Kennington and Epping. Lewisham being a mainline junction is entirely coincidental, and the connection at Gallions Reach is a bit from both pots I think.
