No. It's not closed, just mothballed, and I believe the only access is via quite high security buildings. Also, other than at stations, I think the tunnel isn't high enough to walk through. Can you imagine H&S allowing anything like this!?

Can you imagine H&S allowing anything like this!? Access can still be sort via Mount Pleasant Sorting Office or Whitechapel Post Office where staff sometimes still visit and maintain with CCTV and the lights left on. Urban Explorers used the abandoned Paddington Post Office to get access to it although I'm not sure if that's still there.

What about the old LSWR viaduct near Kensington (if it hasn't been demolished)? It's a good job the East London Line extension has been completed; that would have been the perfect candidate.
