No, that hadn't happened when I was there.
A bus could easily have done it as I was on a coach that demolished a concrete bollard at Trowell services by reversing into it.

I went to the Paralympics 4 times - a day pass to Excel (Table Tennis, Judo, Sitting Volleyball and Powerlifting), Archery at Woolwich RAB, Wheelchair Rugby at the Basketball Arena (Olympic Park) and the Women's Sitting Volleyball final at ExCeL. Nice. I saw the women's Olympic volleyball final at Earls Court, the women's marathon, and then Paralympic athletics (Olympic stadium), wheelchair tennis (Eton Manor), Swimming (Aquatics centre), and the wheelchair marathons. Quite a few British successes in there.  |
