Hi all
Has anyone sat on the seats of unit number 96098?
To say they are rock hard is an understatement. I sat down and thought I'd sat on concrete!!!
Anyone else had the same experience?

I think I have. I thought my seat was broken at first.

I think I know the one you mean. My impression was that the springs or bungees or whatever makes the 96ts seats springy (or sometimes more saggy when they get weak) must have failed to the extent where to keep the seat serviceable, they had to put a board under it. Or it could al be a plot to make us appreciate the S Stock seats whose level of comfort has taken a lot of flak.
