Just wondering, (and I've not spent anytime thread searching - so the answer is probably already on here somewhere) has TBTC been fitted to the Charing Cross branch, or is there some sort of bodge going on?

Some of the equipment has been installed but all not be commissioned for some time yet. I don't understand the reference to bodge ?

The bodge I'm thinking of is that after de-training at Green Park a train would then have to drop out of TBTC and follow conventional signals to reverse at Charing Cross, thus having to run conventionally over TBTC lines.
It would appear that the current set up is "all a bit of a bodge really"; some equipment has been installed but it's not all working under TBTC.
Please don't get me wrong, a good bodge is the sign of engineering genius in my eyes.

Oh I'm sorry for some reason I thought you were talking about Charing Cross branch of Northern. I didn't see this thread was in the Jubilee forum.
Charing Cross Jubilee is fully fitted for TBTC including ATO. There is no need for any trains to switch modes at Green Park.

I made the same mistake, but the opposite way around; that's why I started this thread. And now my work is done [evil laugh] mwah ha ha ha [/evil laugh]
