There are maintenance panels but they are not much more than illuminated diagrams. Apart from the diagram and various indications they have Temporary Speed Restriction control switches and alarm acknowledge buttons.

My understanding of JLE sites is that nothing really useful can be done without a laptop though as I only covered the old Jube from Charing Cross to Stanmore for signal maintenance I don't actually know.
