You may be interested to know that the above trains are both BOOKED to be out on the railway today, OUTLINE times to follow, Firstly the TRV Unit runs as T776 Neasden Depot 0952 - Watford P2 d1034 - Northwood Sdg 1046-1100, Amersham 1120-1127, Ricky 11/42, North Curve to Watford 24sdg 1150-1206, Northwood sdg 1216-1230, Watford P1 1243-1244, Ricky 23rd 1301 LUNCH 1335, Chalfont 13/45, CHESHAM 1354-1355, Ricky 1413, main line to Harrow P6 1427-1430, Ruislip Sdg 1443-1452, Harrow P5 15/07 fast line to Wembley Pk 1514 then into Neasden Dt Stable.
Secondly 777 Weedkiller formed of Battery Locos Top & Tailing the weedkilling wagon, ARE BOOKED to run today... Ruislip Sdg depart 1007, then run all the way to Cockfosters (passing Hammersmith at 1045) arriving at 1142 dep 1150 to Hatton Cross, passing Hammersmith at 1243 and Acton Town at 1250, arrive Hatton Cross at 1309 leaving a minute later to Acton Town sidings, arrive at 1331, leaving to Northfields Depot at 1339. LUNCH BREAK Northfields depot depart 1426, runs to Acton Town Sdgs , departs there at 1443 to Ruislip Sdg and Depot, passing Rayners Lane at 1505.
So you COULD have the TRV pass Rayners Lane at 1502, and the weedkiller at 1505, oh i hope it happens like that !!

The TRV shouldn't run too early, or the taxi service replacing the return trip of the Chesham shuttle (1355/1407) would be booked for the wrong time.
Probably the only time the TRV is "advertised" to the public (albeit as engineering work, but if you know what you're looking for...)
A note for most of these trains. They generally start a few minutes late - subject to how the service has been that morning, and very rarely take their lunch break. So divide the number you first thought of and you should be close to the time it will pass you!

yes indeedy, it should be on time and plan for the chesham bit, but before and after that, who knows, suppose as its a nice day and as long as the recording kit is working correctly, it should'nt be far off.
I MIGHT venture out with my camera a little later, or wednesdays looking more hopeful tho.

yes, sorry about that, I'm nights at Wood Lane and clearly delusional !!
I Did'nt venture out today, and its bound to p**s down tomorrow ( see, i'm awake now ).
Really looking fwd to meeting you someday, sounds like we have loads in common.
