The direct lines are all programmed within one telephone - this includes the ones you mention, but also a few others. I'm a little cautious to detail each and every line available and their purpose here in a public space.
The equipment has more or less been covered. Cannot think of anything else apart from a couple of very obvious and necessary electrical items needed for the operation of the railway - microwave/cooker, fridge and most important of all... kettle ;D

There was a few years ago more than one phone, the controller was one, then the Ericsson and I think another spexi line phone.
The toilet at Edgware Road is tiny and had a dodgy lock, so if it was just me in the cabin I never locked it! I think once the mop fell over and stopped the door being able to be opened too!

Why does that story ring a bell. You're obviously of a younger generation - the toilet door never closed when I was resident there, let alone lock. Years ago (probably 15) there was a Line Controller phone, a "new" set of panels for signal phones and direct lines, plus the normal telephones. Even further back in time, there was a whole panel of keys for the signal / direct lines (battery operated) much as there was in each cabin of the time. The panel also had bridging cords which could be plugged in, allowing for instance Hammersmith to talk direct to Farringdon (for those days you didn't want to be disturbed ;D )
