Living 5mins away from the Depot, I never heard anything about the Shopping mall. All I know is that they want to build houses on the site
There seem to be a raft of rumours but either way it is destined for redevelopment so it seems!
I don't think this is an appropriate venue to conjecture about the local planning intentions.
