Some of you may have come across this guy who's just got an ASBO West London Tube Pest - ASBO & JailFortunately it looks like he'll stop harrassing people now and I just hope the ASBO works |

Yep. Dealt with him a few times! A right pain in the backside. Unfortunately probably someone else somewhere to take his place and give everyone hassle!!

It sounds to me like the man needs psychiatric help, and he's not likely to get that in jail. In fact, it is likely to increase his problems so that his behaviour will be even more bizarre when he's released.
