The diagram is a very old one; long since dead surely?
The most obvious change is platform 5 at Acton.

From the look of that diagram the houses and the block of garages behind Hanger Lane Junction IMR would be casualties and somehow I don't think that would be popular. However, having said that, at some point I would expect the North Circular Road to be widened to cope with increasing road traffic and the bridge over the DR is long overdue for replacement too so perhaps redeveloping that whole slice between Ealing Common station and the North Circular will become viable sooner rather than later.

Though there are a few service advantages in some ways those must date back to way before the LHR service on he Picc, the changes to the DR and the move to ACT as the Picc main crew change point.
IMHO it is more likely to occur than me being 21 again!
