I saw a caravan today on the disused Met eastbound platform!
Is it 'art' or new Metronet accomodation? It would have been interesting seeing it getting in there.

It is currently an art project called Here and Now or something. Maybe Metrodebt will be moving in to save a bit of dosh ;D ;D ;D Not the Fault Report Centre though as there cant be enough room unless its a Tardis ;D ;D

God save us all from the arty brigade, I have no time for them at all. It's money spent under false pretences and could be better spent on something more practical. Brian

If my life resembled that there'd be little to laugh about ! There have been some nice displays there, but that lot looks like junk ! As for the caravan, I though gypsies had moved in ;D Also of note the disused platform has been shortened by a few meters, in the last few months, in that a few more frieze's have been erected right up to the platform edge at the east end, matching those already there.

My favourite were the painted cows, they also went around the world! There are now 2 in my local town centre (not near the butchers though). ;D ;D I agree that this current exhibition is quite poor in my opinion. HAving said that are an Infraco going to enter some of their dodgy track into this year's Turner prize? After all this is in the Tate ;D ;D ;D

I saw the painted cows when I was in Spain (at a shopping centre near Malaga), and I agree they are better than the caravan at Gloucester Road.

And the installation at Tate Modern is meant to be the apotheosis of the benefits of the slave trade and yet is the very perigee in terms of understanding //discuss
