Correct - this is the footbridge over the cable run opposite the platform at Mill Hill East. Now, what is the link between Mill Hill East, Green Park, Epping and Park Royal?

It's not the answer but MHE was opened by the EH & LR, later part of the GNR and LNER before becoming a Northern Line station; Epping was built by the ECR, later part of the GER, before becoming a Central Line Station; Park Royal was a MDR station, before becoming a Piccadilly Line station, and Green Park was a GNP&BR station before becoming a Piccadilly Line one as Dover Street.

It's nothing to do with reversing, or ownership

Something to do with closed branches - Green Park - Charing X, Epping - Ongar, etc.

I was going to say that they all had proposals for extensions that were never fulfilled, e.g. to Chelmsford from Epping-Ongar, Edgware from MHE, Aldwych from GP and ...well not sure about Park Royal unless it was to do with the MDR running on?

Is it about stations being re-sited? I KNOW it's true for Green Park and Park Royal, but can't confirm my suspicions on the other two.....

Neither of them are the answer, but are partly reasons for the answer
